You can register for this year’s event here. REGISTRATION WILL REOPEN IN EARLY 2021.

PAST RATES: Early bird rates: $110 full table; $60 half table. Early bird ends August 31st
Regular rates: $135 for a full table, $75 half table, plus coop table for $25.
Tables can be shared with another author or small press. You can arrange to share with another Exhibitor you know, or we will pair you with another author or press taking a half table.
All tables are 6´ x 2,5´. We will provide signage for your table. Setup time for the Fair is 10:30am-12:00pm the day of the Fair; breakdown time is 6:00pm-6:30pm the day of the Fair. Free morning refreshments (coffee etc.) will be served to all exhibitors.
Co-Op Table: $30.00
Note: This category is for authors or small press who want to have a presence at Rainbow Book Fair but cannot be here in person, or who do not wish to staff a table.
- Your books, promotional and sales materials will be exhibited at the Fair at our staffed Co-Op table.
- Sales information ONLY will be taken by volunteers for your prospective customers.
Reserve tables by making a tax-deductible donation to CLAGS at: CLAGS Online Donation Page. To reserve tables by mail, please complete the attached PDF: Sponsor and Exhibitor Registration Form 2017. Mail the completed form and a check for the appropriate amount to: CLAGS, The Graduate Center, CUNY, 365 Fifth Avenue, Room 7115, New York, NY 10016.
All checks should be made out to CLAGS with “Rainbow Book Fair” in the memo line.
