All tables are 5´ x 2,5´.
Setup time for the Fair is 10:00-11:00am the day of the Fair; breakdown time is 5:30-6:00pm the day of the Fair. Times must be strictly adhered to.
Free morning refreshments (coffee etc.) will be served to exhibitors.
Full Table $100
Half/Shared Table $50 Tables can be shared with another author or small press.
You can arrange to share with another Exhibitor you know, or RBF will pair you with another author or press taking a half table.
Co-Op Table $25 are mainly for authors or small press who want to have a presence at RBF but cannot be here in person, or who do not wish to staff a table.

Checks should be made out to CLAGS with “Rainbow Book Fair” in the memo line.
